 PEO Source works with hundreds of Insurance Agencies who have outsourced finding the right PEO for their clients, to our organization. We mirror the independent agency system and we respect the Broker-client relationship. Unlike most other PEO broker’s we do not market direct, so the only way clients come to us are from insurance agents. It is rare, but if by chance a deal comes direct, we always ask the client who their agent is, and pay them.
We work with over 30 different PEO's and can place all types of risks from a physician or other professional looking for strong HR PEO’s with extremely competitive health plans, to the small artisan contractor requiring "if any" WC coverage, to the client with not so great WC losses whose only option is the assigned risk pool. We also can place clients with a PEO where you carve out the health programs, WC or retirement plans.
We split our commissions 50/50 with our agent partners. And because we place a lot of business with these PEO's, in most cases you actually end up making more with us at 50% then if you placed the client directly with the same PEO.

As we represent you and your clients and not the PEO’s, we are your advocates to make sure your clients finds the PEO best suited to their unique businesses and cultures.
We always discuss the proposals and commissions with you before we present these options to your clients. And of course you are welcome to attend every presentation.
